ahhhhh the weekend is here. we are having some crazy weather i tell ya. when i was in FL i guess it rained and hailed here in manhattan. they even had a tornado warning. WTF is that all about. when i was in FL they were having a tropical storm warning. thank god it was not bad & my flight left this morning on time. i didnt get much sleep when i was away so when i got home this morning i just put my luggage on the floor & crashed in bed for a coulpe hours. tomorrow will be a better day lol…at least more productive because today so far has not been.

i look back at all the hours of cardio, nights of going to bed hungry, cravings, feeling fatigued and seeing the end result if where you get that self-satisfaction. its all worth it! some dont understand…and some will never understand why some of us put ourselves through such a vigorous training regimen and a strict deprived diet. to commit to something & stick it out til the very end gives you a source of pride that no one can take away ♥

YAY!!! today was a good day. sure i was drained but i pushed through and got what i needed done. its funny i go through these spurts of energy. one minute i can feel very fatigued and another i can feel charged & ready to go. i dont even want to try & understand why lol. i just appreciate the bursts of energy i get from time to time. did my 3 hrs of cardio and trained shoulders…not all at once, hit the gym 3 different times today. it makes for one busy day let me tell ya. i train at steel gym here in nyc. it takes me about 5 minutes to walk there. its so nice to have a gym close by…but it would be nicer to have an elliptical in my apartment haha!
